Will it fit? Three checks that take ten minutes
A playhouse is a big flat-packed delivery, and the most common reason to send one back is that it does not fit the space. These checks avoid that. If a measurement is unclear, email us the product link first.
Measure the footprint
Take the width and depth from the product page and mark them on the lawn with string or a garden hose. Walk around it before you decide.
Add room to play
Leave clear space in front of any slide exit and along the full arc of any swing, and stay clear of fences, trees and overhead wires.
Pick level ground
Build on level, soft ground rather than concrete. Wait for every box to arrive and check the parts list before you start.

Questions parents ask before they order
Does the playhouse arrive assembled?
No. Every playhouse arrives flat-packed for you to build, often in more than one box. Wait until every box has arrived, check the parts against the list in the instructions, then build in the order the maker sets out. A larger model is a job for two adults.
Is shipping really free on a big playhouse?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous states and DC, with no minimum and no surcharge for large or multi-box items. The shipping line at checkout shows $0.00.
How long does delivery take?
Plan on 10 to 18 business days from the day you order: 2 to 4 business days of handling, then 8 to 14 in transit. There is no expedited option.
Will I pay customs or duties when it arrives?
No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so import duties and taxes are paid by us before your order reaches you. If a courier asks you for money, decline and email us with your order number.
What if a part is missing or broken?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part, the box and the shipping label. We send a prepaid return label if a return is needed, then a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Can I return a playhouse I no longer want?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and not assembled and every box and part comes back. Email us for an RMA number first. For a change of mind you pay the return postage, which for a large playhouse can be substantial, so please check the size before you order.
What age is each playhouse for?
Follow the age guidance in the maker's instructions for your model. If it is not stated and it matters to you, email us before you order and we will ask the maker.
